Waitress was really nice but my mother got the bitter end of so called quality service. First the waitress didn't know what the picture of the food item was on the menu and said that she don't think they served it and believe it's just a random food picture. Why would you put a picture on a menu of a random food that they don't serve?? I put the connection together it was the Fettuccini Alfredo and yes it was something they served. My mom ordered a Philly cheese steak and got served a hamburger sub. Found out that they ran out of the steak and served a sub they didn't have to my mother. So instead of telling my mother they ran out of the sub she ordered and asking if she wants something else in its place, they serve her the hamburger sub. They ended up replacing the sub with the correct sub because they said that they just got delivered the steaks. They tried to make my dad pay full price no discounts or the item being taken off the bill until I opened my mouth about it and the guy tried to argue to me about replacing the item and giving her the correct one. That wasn't flying by me and the manager or owner whoever he was not introducing himself said to give the money for the sub. Never coming here again.

Went in for a quick breakfast. Wasn't a big fan of the food nor the service. Seemed like everything was moving at a very slow pace and the food was pretty bland.

Above average and quick service. I come for breakfast and lunch regularly. Try the beef n blue wrap for lunch.

3 stars for the prices and vast menu. The service is indeed very slow and relaxed. Even when it's not busy. For lunch: I recommend the chicken cordon blue panini. For $6.00 it's got decent flavor and it's a big portion. Panini, fries, coleslaw, kosher dill spear, and a chicken orzo soup. That's a great value. I came again for breakfast and was not at all impressed. It's sub par compared to cracker barrel. It is edible, and the prices are reasonable, but don't drive out of your way for it.

Slow service. Clean. Ordered the City Grill. Waitress brought it, but wasn't cooked properly. Omitted cole slaw and thousand island dressing. Brought the omission to the server's attention, and she told me the sandwich wasn't supposed to have those components. Wrong. Verified it on the menu on the way out of the restaurant. Really sorry I tipped her what I did. Caveat emptor.
